IPA Key Lime Cheesecake
It’s that time of year. Sun is shining, birds are chirping and friends are knocking down your door to have a barbecue. Have some great beers and a dessert in the fridge and waiting. In this case, have both-in-one.
This super simple IPA Key Lime Cheesecake incorporates fresh lime zest and the bright flavors of an IPA into one of our favorite desserts. Using Ithaca Fleur de Belgique, a hop-forward IPA brewed with an Abbey yeast, compliments it nicely with citrus aromatics and a bit of sweetness.
Go ahead, make it now, it’ll just be sitting there waiting for you when you need it, like a good little dessert.
