Cascade Strawberry, Noyaux, Sang Royal Release Details

Cascade Strawberry 2013 will be released this Thursday, May 22 at 4:30pm PDT at the Cascade Barrel House and Raccoon Lodge. This NW style sour ale is a crisp, refreshing wheat beer barrel aged for 12 months, then aged on strawberries and vanilla for three more. Bright, sweet strawberries and rich jam notes are noticed up front. A bright tartness and berry sweetness intermingle on the palate, giving way to a light, sparkling fresh berry tartness with hints of vanilla cream in the finish. 8% ABV, $6.50 glass, $2 taster. 750ml bottles will be available in-house and online for $20, no limit.

Noyaux 2013 is conditioning, look for a late-May/early-June release. Noyaux will be available in-house and online.

Sang Royal 2012 is in the conditioning room and will not be ready for release until late June. Draft will accompany the bottle release, and rumor has it, some vintage Royal kegs as well.
