Allagash Little Sal Wine Barrel Aged With Blueberries

Allagash Brewing will be releasing Little Sal Monday, May 19th, 2014.

This is Allagash’s first ever blueberry beer and will be a brewery release ONLY.

Allagash Little Sal will be available in 375ml bottles and weighs in at 6.1% ABV.

Little Sal used one pound of Maine blueberries per gallon and then was aged in a single oak red wine barrel with Pediococcus and Lactobacillus for over a year and a half.
