Upright Brewing Fantasia Release Jan 10th

Upright Brewing will be holding their 3rd annual release of Fantasia, tomorrow, Jan 10th.

Bottles will go on sale when the tasting room opens at 4:30pm with a 3 bottle per person limit at $20 per bottle.  It will be available in 750ml bottles.

Fantasia is  a lambic-style barrel fermented Peach sour.  This vintage is a blend of six oak barrels, each of which was packed with 100lbs of fruit and a mix of yeasts and bacteria for a year before being bottle conditioned for several months for further development.
