3 Fonteinen Hommage 2013 Release Details

Drie Fonteinen 2013 Hommage has been released at the brewery.  It has been a long time coming.  The last time Hommage was bottled was in 2007.  While you can still find bottles floating around they have become very scarce.

3 Fonteinen 2013 Hommage A blend of lambic beers with an addition of 30% whole fresh raspberries from the fabled Payottenland. This unfiltered beer will enjoy a spontaneous refermentation in the bottle. No artificial colors or flavor enhancers are added. Lambic is brewed only from 60% barley malt, 40% unmalted wheat, hops and water.

• 3 bottle limit per person at the brewery
• 6% ABV.
• 750ml

It has been said that the USA will receive distribution.  We will see how many of the 5000 bottles Shelton Brothers can wrangle away, if any.
