Goose Island Clybourn Brettanomite limited release November 16th

We are long into Goose Island Beer Co’s 25th Anniversary release.  The fourth and final 25th Anniversary release is Brettanomite. Prior to Brettanomite GI released Silver Jubilee Double IPA, Flanders Red Ale and, Cthulhu Barrel Aged Imperial Oatmeal Stout.

Brettanomite is an American wheat beer that’s aged in oak barrels and fermented for 13 months with wild yeast strains Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, Lambicus and Lactobacillus weighing in at 6.3% ABV.  This will be no tap at the Clyborn Brewpub on Novmber 7th and 14th.

Brettanomite will be sold in hand dipped yellow wax 750ml bottles for $20 and release will take place at the Goose Island Clybourn Brewpub on November 16th at 10am.
