Jester King Boxer’s Revenge Barrel-Aged Wild Ale on sale Septh 27th

Jester King Boxer’s Revenge Barrel-Aged Wild Ale will be available for purchase this weekend at the brewery.  Sales will begin on Friday, September 27th at 5pm.  Bottle sales will be limited to six per customer.

For now, Boxer’s Revenge will only be available at the brewery and at various upcoming special events.

The tasting room is currently open on Fridays from 5-9pm, and Saturdays and Sundays from 12-6pm.

Boxer’s Revenge – Barrel-Aged Wild Ale

Full-flavored, dry, champagne-like farmhouse ale, matured in oak whiskey and wine barrels with multiple strains of wild yeast and bacteria. Look for lots of tropical fruit and funk, with a sour, earthy edge.

Water: Hill Country Well Water
Malts: Organic Pilsener, Organic Two Row, Organic Wheat, Organic Caramunich
Hops: East Kent Goldings, Cascade, Columbus
Yeast: Farmhouse Yeast, Wild Yeast from the Texas Hill County.
Bacteria: Lactobacillus and Pediococcus.
